The Pure Mystery Series of books features whodunits set in the state of Michigan. Arthur Childs grew up in the Great Lakes State and has many fond memories of adventures he experienced in all of Michigan’s distinctive seasons. Book One in the series, Mystery in Lost Valley, takes place at a fictional ski resort just outside of Gaylord, a quaint, scenic town in Michigan’s northern Lower Peninsula. Book Two, Mystery on Mackinaw, will see the return of several characters that readers came to know and love in Book One.
